Getting Started
What is thermal contrast therapy?
Thermal contrast therapy is the practice of moving between heat and cold in a deliberate sequence. The cycle of sauna, cold plunge, and shower works together to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, release tension, and promote deep mental and physical restoration.

Your Visit
Do I need to bring anything?
Nothing at all. Robes, slippers, and towels are all provided. If you feel more comfortable in a bathing suit, you are absolutely welcome to bring one. We simply ask that a towel be placed between your body and any surface in the suite. Come as you are, and leave the rest to us.

Massage Treatments
Do I need to add a massage to my booking?
Not at all. Massage treatments are optional and can be added to complement your thermal session. Many guests find the combination to be the most restorative experience, but the thermal ritual is deeply valuable on its own.
